During the Covid-19 pandemic

I know we're all struggling with this craziness and fear and anxiety but I wanted to post a brief note encouraging you all to practice social distancing and keep washing your hands. I'm sure you've heard that from so many other sources but I felt it bears repeating. I'm working on a new video for you guys, just making some notes and trying to make some pictures to add.
